Your rent statement shows a summary of the rent (including any service charges) we’ve added to your account. It also shows the payments you’ve made to us.

We’ll send you a rent statement 4 times a year so you can track your account. You can also see your rent account on My Account at any time.

You can contact us to ask for a copy of your rent statement – we can email or post it out, whenever you choose.

We’ll also enclose a rent statement if we’re in touch with you about rent arrears so we can show where the debt has built.
