We’re launching a new approach and will be sharing quick, accessible videos about topics that matter to you.

Our ‘In the spotlight’ videos will replace our Time to Talk sessions, where we shared a short presentation on a key topic and provided customers with an opportunity to share feedback.  The Time to Talk sessions were live which meant customers had to be free on a particular day and time to attend.

‘In the spotlight’ videos will be available on demand so you’ll be able to watch them at a time that suits you.

As part of the new approach, you’ll still be able to share your feedback and join in with discussions.

We’ll be launching the new approach in July.
