
To register for My Account, you need to be living in a Leeds Federated home and have your name on the tenancy agreement. Here’s how to get started:
Step 1: Go to the My Account log in page
- Follow this link to go to the My Account log in page – you can also find the My Account link at the top of most pages on our website
Step 2: Begin your registration
- Click on the Register button under “Register for My Account”
- Enter the postcode of your home and click Check Postcode
- Select your address from the list
Step 3: Enter your details
To complete your registration, you’ll need to provide your:
- Tenancy Agreement Number – you can find this on your tenancy agreement or any rent letters/statements
- Full Name – you must enter your name exactly as it appears on your tenancy agreement
- Date of Birth – select this from the calendar
- Email Address – this must match the one we have on record
- Phone Number – this must match the one we have on record
Step 4: Agree to the Privacy Statement
- Tick the box to confirm you’ve read and agreed to the privacy statement
Step 5: Receive your activation code
If your details match our records, you’ll receive an activation code straightaway. You can choose whether this code is sent to you by email or text message.
If some of your details don’t match our records, we’ll review your request and send you an activation code a bit later.
Step 6: Activate Your Account
- Follow this link to go to the My Account log in page – you can also find the My Account link at the top of most pages on our website
- On the My Account home page, click Activate Your Account
- Enter the email address you used to register, your activation code, and create a password (then confirm it).
- Click Submit.
