My Account is our online customer portal – you can use it to do things like pay your rent, report anti-social behaviour, track repairs…and more!

If you’re a Leeds Federated customer, you can register on My Account – it’s quick, easy and secure.
What can I do on My Account?
As a customer, you can:
- Check your rent balance and make payments securely
- View and download your rent statements
- Raise a non-emergency repair using our simple online repair request form – if you need an emergency repair you should phone us instead on 0113 386 1000
- See all your upcoming repair appointments
- Change or cancel repair bookings quickly and easily
- Get in touch with us directly or request a call back
- Raise a complaint or share feedback through our simple online forms
- Report anti-social behaviour using our dedicated form
- Access your tenancy documents and information about your home
- Update your contact details
- Tell us about any health needs you have or adjustments you need us to make to help you access our services
- Add or remove members of your household from your account
- Reset or change your My Account password whenever you need to
