If you register for My Account, your access to Leeds Federated services becomes much more convenient and quicker, without the time constraints of a phone line that is only open during office hours Mon – Friday. 

At any time of day or night you can access your rent account, raise repairs or contact us to report anything from anti-social behaviour to simply requesting a call back. You can update you details as they change such as your email address or phone number which will in turn update our systems.

You can use your smart phone, tablet, laptop or any platform that you access the internet from to enjoy the convenience.
