Our Community Spaces team ensures shared areas are safe, well-maintained, and welcoming.

We manage and maintain shared outdoor areas. Shared indoor areas are cleaned by our contractors ATLAS Facilities Management and White Horse Cleaning Services.

We deliver grounds maintenance to shared areas where customers pay a service charge. Grounds maintenance takes place on a rolling schedule and includes seasonal gritting as well as gardening tasks such as:

• Lawn maintenance
• Upkeep of hedges and shrubbery
• Weed control
• Maintenance of paved and hardstanding areas
• Leaf clearance
• Litter picking
