Matthew is a qualified accountant and was previously our Finance Director before becoming Chief Executive in 2004. Matthew has held senior housing roles since 1991 and is a Chartered Member of the CIH. He's also a founding member, and Chair, of PlaceShapers - a national network of over 100 community-based housing associations.

Jason is a Chartered Accountant with experience across industries such as pharmaceutical, hospitality and social housing. He's worked all over the world with roles ranging from an Internal Audit and Financial Controller to CFO, and Deputy Chief Executive. He has extensive governance and risk management experience and has been involved in transformational change management.

Michelle brings over 20 years' experience in the housing sector, with more than a decade leading housing teams to deliver exceptional services to customers. Known for her people-focused approach, Michelle places customers and communities at the heart of her work.

Michelle is responsible for our neighbourhood and community, tenancy, and influence and accountability Consumer Standards.

With over 25 years experience in the housing sector, Mark's specialism is in property-related activities. He also has a focus on compliance, maintaining regulatory standards, setting our strategic direction for building sustainable new homes to meet the evolving needs of the community.

Mark is responsible for our safety and quality Consumer Standard.

Megan has worked for Leeds Federated since 2003. She started her career as a Customer Service Advisor before qualifying and moving into Human Resources. She took on the Head of Corporate Services and Company Secretary roles in 2019. Megan reports directly to the Chief Executive and provides governance support to the Board.
