Our Customer Experience team manages our central email inboxes and ensures all phone calls are accurately directed to the relevant departments.

Our team is committed to ‘helping people make a home’ and we’re passionate about supporting customers along their journey with Leeds Federated. We handle a wide variety of enquiries related to repairs and rent, as well as general queries.
We have strong relationships with other departments and our contractors, which helps us deal with queries smoothly in this fast-paced environment. As a team, we continuously learn and grow, all while doing what we love most, communicating with customers.
Customer Experience Advisors make up the core of the team. They are supported by two Team Leaders and led by our Customer Experience Manager:
