Jason Ridley, Director of Finance & IT
Jason is a Chartered Accountant with experience in a range of sectors including Professional Services, Pharmaceutical, FMCG, Food Service, Hospitality, Distribution, Software as a Service (SaaS) and Social Housing. He has worked extensively in the Asia Pacific region, the United States and Europe with roles ranging from Internal Audit and Financial controller to CFO, General Manager and Deputy Chief Executive. Jason has been involved in project work including IT Systems implementation, transformational change management, acquisitions, business integrations and disposals as well as constitutional and organisational change.
As a non exec he has developed extensive Governance and Risk Management experience particularly in the not for profit sector.
