Lettings Plans

Our Local Lettings Plans are agreements between the council and us, which includes extra criteria to our Lettings Policy about who can move into certain homes. A Local Lettings Plan usually covers new build homes and is in place temporarily to help new communities flourish. It may include things like giving priority to people who already live in the area etc.
