Our Customer Engagement team hear customer views and experiences, and collaborate with customers and colleagues to help improve services.

We support colleagues to hear customer voices at all levels in the organisation. We work closely with the Customer Voices Panel to support customer-led scrutiny. We also:

  • Organise online engagement through Your Voice, our engagement platform
  • Arrange surveys
  • Work with colleagues to promote and encourage local involvement
