Court costs
We may have taken court action against you for a breach of tenancy. The breach could include things like rent arrears, gaining access through the courts for an annual gas service or anti-social behaviour. If the courts award us costs, you must pay them. You’ll have been informed about this in writing.
Recharges
If there’s been damage in your current home or in a previous tenancy with us, you may be responsible for the costs. We’ll add these to your account and let you know in writing.
We want your current tenancy to succeed so we’ll always make sure you pay your rent account fully upfront before paying these other debts.
