We offer different ways for you to pay your rent (including any service charges).

Direct debit

Paying by direct debit is the quickest and easiest way to make sure your rent is paid on time. Once the direct debit it set up, you don’t need to do anything. When rents are due to increase, we’ll write to you to let you know how much your new payment will be.

You can set up a direct debit by calling us on 0113 386 1000. Direct debits can be collected on any day of the week and any date in the month. They are flexible and can pay whenever works best for you and your situation. With direct debits you can pay weekly, fortnightly, 4 weekly or monthly.

We’ll always let you know in advance of any changes to your payments in line with the direct debit guarantee.

Standing order

You can set up a standing order to be paid from your bank to us. This means that on the date you choose, a payment will be sent to Leeds Federated. You must remember to include your unique tenancy reference number with the payment so that it gets added to your rent account.

You also need to remember to increase the payment each year when the rent increase is applied.

Allpay

You can make payments through the Allpay website or App.

When you sign up for your tenancy we’ll give you your 19-digit payment reference number (PRN). This is just for you and your tenancy, so that any payments you make through Allpay get credited to your account.

If you don’t have your PRN don’t worry, you can find it at the top of your latest rent statement or you can call us on 0113 386 1000 and we can send it to you.

Over the phone

You can call us to make a payment using your debit card on 0113 386 1000.
