We ask customers to tell us their views and opinions on a range of issues as part of our commitment to involve customers. Sometimes we use quick polls to ask you what you think but when we need more in-depth feedback we might start a consultation.

What are consultations?

Consultations aim to:
• Improve the way we deliver our services for customers
• Agree standards for the way we provide our services
• Find out what customers think about our strategic plans

We use different methods to gather feedback as part of consultations, including:
• Face-to-face meetings
• Paper questionnaires
• Telephone surveys
• Email, web and social media surveys

How to get involved in online consultations

We share consultations on our online customer feedback platform, Your Voice.

Your Voice is open to all customers and you can use it to take part in forums, surveys and poll.
