We’re currently upgrading our phone system, if you come across an issue when calling us, try again or email hello@leedsfed.com.
Getting more involved in our work means you can have your say about the things that matter to you as a customer.

Why get involved?
As an involved customer, you can help us improve services and influence the decisions that affect your community.
You can:
- Firstly, share your feedback and tell us what’s important to you to help us deliver a great customer experience
- Secondly, stay up to date with what’s happening and share your views on our upcoming plans
- Additionally, meet other customers in your neighbourhood and connect with our team
- Finally, get experience and develop new skills
We’ll also support you with:
- Training sessions to help you develop skills
- Opportunities and support to attend conferences and workshops
- Learning opportunities – you can join independent organisations like TPAS (Tenant Participatory Advisory Service) to meet other like-minded people and find out what others are doing well
- Meals and refreshments at meetings
- Out-of-pocket expenses for things like travel to meetings or the cost of care for dependents
We are all part of it and should have a say in it. I have a registered disability, but my life experience brings value and insights to meetings. So come and help shape the way you live and how Leeds Federated go forward into the future.
Ways to get involved
There are lots of ways to get involved in our work, including:
- Digital involvement – get involved online, through our Your Voice engagement platform. You can complete short surveys or comment on an online forum
- Scrutiny – be part of projects to shape service improvements for customers
- Customer Voices Panel – review how we’re performing against the consumer standards. Oversee customer-led scrutiny
- Policy development – review our new and updated policies to make sure they’re customer-friendly
- Time to Talk – take part in bite-sized discussions with us to hear about new ways of working or changes to policy
- Volunteer in your neighbourhood – take part in estate walkabouts with our Neighbourhood Officers or support community events
- Coffee clubs and crafts
- Social activities – in addition, residents living in older people’s housing often organise events and activities to bring people together. We also provide support to residents through quarterly meetings and drop-ins.
