We’ve announced the marketing name for the new shared ownership homes being built as part of the regeneration of the Sugar Hill estate as Colliers Park.

We celebrated the next milestone in the regeneration of the Sugar Hill Close and Wordsworth Drive site with the first new homes completed and residents moving in.
