We’re working with housing associations across West Yorkshire to find better ways to listen to residents and improve the services you rely on. This includes partners such as Together Housing, Vico Homes, Incommunities, the University of Huddersfield, the Northern Housing Consortium and the Ministry of Housing Communities and the local government.

As part of this work, we’re looking for customers who want to help shape the future of housing services to take part in monthly conversations (online or in person) with partners and customers from other housing associations.

You can:
• Share your experiences
• Tell us what works and what doesn’t
• Suggest ideas to improve services
• Help shape how residents are listened to in the future

What you’ll get:
• £1,200 spread over 12 months
• Travel costs covered for in‑person meetings
• Support with caring costs if needed
