HomeSwapper is a free online service that helps social housing tenants find other tenants who want to swap homes. We call this process a home swap or mutual exchange. There are lots of reasons why people may want to swap homes – someone may want to downsize and another needs more bedrooms, others may want to move to a different area. With over 230,000 live adverts and 14,000 new members joining every month, HomeSwapper is the UK’s largest mutual exchange platform.

Customers can now register for HomeSwapper free of charge and start searching for mutual exchange opportunities straight away. All you need to do is visit the HomeSwapper website to create an account and start exploring available homes.
