Our Customer Experience team will be extending their opening hours on the last Thursday of each month for the next 3 months!
On those days, we’ll be extending our hours to 8 am – 7 pm on:
– 30 April
– 28 May
– 25 June
We’ve listened to your feedback, and we know it’s not always easy to reach us between 9–5, Monday to Friday, so we’ll be staying open later to give you more flexibility and support when you need it most. You’ll still be able to report emergency repairs to us 24/7, too.
