The Owlcotes Road development will include 54 much-needed affordable homes close to the historic market town of Pudsey, Leeds.

The development will provide 1, 2, 3 and 4-bedroom energy-efficient homes. All homes will benefit from solar PV panels, air-source heat pumps and electric vehicle charging points.

This new sustainable neighbourhood will incorporate thoughtful landscaping and open green spaces for residents to enjoy and relax in.
