All homes are at risk of condensation, particularly through the winter months. If you have excess condensation in your home, this can lead to problems such as mould growth, which can affect your health and the health of your home.
Small amounts of condensation are not usually a problem, and there are some everyday things we can all do to help prevent it.

If you can’t get rid of condensation in your home, or you spot damp or mould, let us know straight away so we can sort things out quickly. We’ll usually come out to see you within 14 working days of you letting us know there’s an issue with damp or mould.
We use a range of improvements to resolve damp and mould issues. We’ll work with you to find long-term solutions, not just quick fixes. We also carry out follow-up inspections on 10% of all damp and mould repairs every month.
