Helen has worked in the social housing sector for 17 years and sustainability for over 20 years. She brings a wealth of knowledge and experience on decarbonisation and energy efficiency. She worked at Yorkshire Housing for 6 years and is now Head of Sustainability at Broadacres Housing Association.

At Broadacres, Helen leads the retrofit programme. The programme improves the energy efficiency of customers' homes by imstalling insulation, air source heat pumps, solar panels and other measures. Helen strives to engage with customers, listening and acting on their feedback to shape how work is delivered.

With knowledge and experience in sustainability and energy efficiency, Helen supports us to deliver greener and more efficient homes, benefitting our customers.
