We’re currently upgrading our phone system, if you come across an issue when calling us, try again or email hello@leedsfed.com.
We’re passionate about providing care and support to help you stay in your own home if your needs change.
Whether you need a stairlift to get to your bedroom or help to bathe or shower, we offer advice about different adaptations that can help you in your home.
Minor adaptations
Minor adaptations are normally under £1000 and include things like grab rails to help you in and out of the bath or shower, or small adaptations that our in-house team can quickly survey and install.

Major adaptations
Major adaptations are normally funded through a Disabled Facilities Grant (DFG) from your local council and cover things like stairlifts, through-floor lifts, ramps and wet floor shower rooms.
All major adaptations need an assessment from an Occupational Therapist and approval from your local council. You can submit the form on this page to contact our team, and we can advise you how to submit a request. Once approved, the work will be carried out by your local council or our contractors.
We’ll also consider extensions to homes where we can’t find another suitable home. Extensions have a strict criteria and need to be approved by our Leadership team.
