We provide accommodation to local partners who offer specialist support and also provide homes directly for individuals and families across the Leeds City Region and North Yorkshire.

Through this approach we’ve partnered with St Anne’s Community Services who offer care and support to help people develop life skills and live well.

St Anne’s support Vicky in her home, which she shares with her two housemates:

“I moved here before Covid. I’ve settled in and I’m thriving. I enjoy living here, this is my new home. I’ve adjusted, built a positive life and this has improved my wellbeing, which has had a lasting impact in my life.

“I have a good relationship with the others. We get along very well and have built friendships. I enjoy watching TV and going out. I also do the household chores.”

St Anne’s supports Vicky and her housemates to build skills and live the lives they want.

“I am more confident since living here, and I am good at expressing my feelings and making my choices known.” Vicky adds.

Leeds Federated maintains Vicky’s home and keep it safe. As part of our planned maintenance programme, we renovated the kitchen area.

Vicky continues: “The house is clean and has been decorated. When the staff at St Anne’s report repairs to Leeds Federated for us, these are done quickly, and this is good.”

Philani Mlalazi, First Line Manager at St Anne’s adds: “We look after the home and when we report repairs, Leeds Federated responds in a timely manner.. This is a lovely home, in a good location, with community facilities and local shops. Everyone seems to enjoy living here!”
