Rent in Leeds

To apply for a property in Leeds, you need to register with Leeds Homes.

You can then bid for Leeds Federated, or other housing association and council homes. Bidding starts every Wednesday and closes on Mondays at 5pm.

Rent in North Yorkshire 

We offer homes to rent in the Harrogate and Selby districts of North Yorkshire. 

Harrogate district
To apply for a home in the Harrogate district you need to register with North Yorkshire Council here. You'll then be added to the waiting list and Homes Online website. When a home becomes available in the area, the council will decide who should be offered that home. Homes on the Harrogate list may be owned by Leeds Federated, other housing associations or the council. If you need to get in touch with the council about homes in the Harrogate district, or the waiting list, you can call them on 01423 500600.

Selby district
The homes we offer in the Selby district are advertised via the North Yorkshire Home Choice website. This is a Choice Based Lettings (CBL) approach which means that you can express an interest in homes that match your what you're looking for - this is called a 'bid'. You need to register on the Home Choice website here to make a bid. Once the bidding process has finished on one of our homes, the council sends us a list of the bids they've received. We look at all the bids and decide who we're going to make a formal offer to. Our decision is based on checks in line with our Lettings Policy.

Rent in Wakefield

To apply for a property in Wakefield, you need to register with Wakefield District Housing. You can then bid for our properties and other housing association and council homes on the Wakefield District Housing Homesearch website.For more information, go to the Homesearch website  or call Wakefield District Council on 0344 9 02 02 02.

To apply for a property in Kirklees, you need to register with Kirklees Council Housing. You can then bid for our properties and other housing association and council homes on the Kirklees Council Housing Choose n Move website.
