We’re pleased to share that our new Corporate Plan is here!
The new Corporate Plan for 2025-2030 sets out our core purpose which is to help people make a home. The Plan demonstrates our vision for delivering secure, affordable, and quality homes for our customers.
The Plan recognises the challenges our customers face and acknowledges both the challenges we face as an organisation and the opportunities we have to deliver this vision.
We’ve built the Plan around three key strategies: Thrive, Engage, and Evolve. They focus on improving housing quality, engaging with our key stakeholders, and expanding our development efforts.
We’ll build an additional 400 new homes, improve existing homes, and help reduce customer fuel bills over the next five years, by investing in more thermal efficiency measures.
With an overall 78.8% customer satisfaction score, we remain committed to further improvement and the Customer Voices Panel will play a key role in this.
The Board approved the Corporate Plan in March 2025. They’ll regularly review our progress against the Plan and our overall performance.
