Putting our culture into action

We want Leeds Federated to be a place where colleagues feel valued and can make a difference, so we put our culture into action by:

  • Supporting development – through learning opportunities, shadowing, cross-team working, and engaging with the wider housing sector to help grow skills and confidence.
  • Listening – drawing on ideas and feedback from various topic-based colleague groups which help shape how we work and ensure everyone has a voice.
  • Recognising good work – celebrating contributions through loyalty awards and peer recognition, ensuring efforts are seen and appreciated.
