Naseer is a Chartered member of the Institute of Housing. He has an extensive career spanning over 30 years in the sector. He has a wealth of experience in various executive and non-executive roles, and cross-sector experience in healthcare and community development. Naseer also has experience in housing operations Director roles, as well as strategic consultancy work with social landlords, the housing regulator, and local authorities.

Naseer has held Non-Executive Director positions for over 20 years. His previous roles include being a Board member of the National Board at the Chartered Institute of Housing, as well as Together Housing Group.

Additionally, Naseer has contributed his board expertise to organisations like Unity Housing Association and the Mid-Yorkshire Hospitals NHS Trust.

Having spent most of his life in Leeds, Naseer possesses an intimate knowledge of the city's rich heritage and its diverse local community. Apart from his professional commitments, he nurtures a passionate interest in cricket as one of his hobbies.
