Innocent is an experienced human resources and training practitioner. He brings more than 20 years’ experience from the management field.

He has been a Board member for a number overseas organisations and has held Trustee positions in some of them. Innocent has recently lectured in business studies and management at various further education institutions in West Yorkshire. This includes employment advisory roles in some organisations.
