As a landlord, we’re required to test the electrics in each of our homes every 5 years to help keep customers safe. APS carries out this testing on our behalf. We encourage customers to keep their appointments as any that are missed can be costly and pose risks to safety.
Customers who meet their electrical testing appointments along with any follow-up work are entered into a prize draw each quarter with a chance to win £200.
