Colliers Park is a mix of two, three and four-bedroom homes for local people in Oulton. It was (formerly known as the Sugar Hill Close and Wordsworth Drive redevelopment).

We’re proud to be delivering this new development at Colliers Park, which will bring new opportunities to local people and enhance the surrounding area for existing residents.

To ensure we meet the needs of existing residents, we will be delivering the scheme in phases with the entire development expected to complete in 2026.
