We’re exploring the options to create a new digital app for you to be able to access services via mobile phones. Customers have told us they would like more choice about how we communicate and when.

Our aim is to make it easier for you to access services, manage your tenancy, and stay connected with Leeds Federated all from your mobile phone. Whether it’s paying rent, reporting repairs, or finding key information about your home, we want the new app to support you in the ways that matter most.

Share your thoughts

However, before we go ahead, we want to know what’s important to you. At our Time to Talk session you’ll have the opportunity to share your ideas about a new app. You might want to share things like:

  • What features would you like to see included within an app to help you manage your tenancy and home and communicate with Leeds Federated?
  • Do you have a favourite app already that is easy to use which we can learn from?
  • Or do you have any concerns you have about using digital services?

Your feedback will help influence our decision making and we want to hear from everyone’s experiences so that we can develop an accessible app that works well for you and complements our services.

We’d love to hear your feedback on our current online customer portal My Account and you might want to share what works well, what could be improved, and what’s missing, so we can use your experiences to guide us in choosing a new app that does even more, and does it better.

Your insights will help us make sure the new app builds on what’s useful and avoids what isn’t, so it truly meets your needs.
