Phone system upgrade

We’re currently upgrading our phone system, if you come across an issue when calling us, try again or email hello@leedsfed.com.

One off celebrations or parties will not usually be dealt with as anti-social behaviour. If you’re planning a party or a celebration, we recommend that you let your neighbours know that there’s a celebration happening and what time it will carry on until.

Take a look at our Neighbourhood Management Policy below for more information.

If the noise is going on late into the night (past 11pm and up until 8am) then you should calmly ask your neighbours to lower the volume. If this is not successful, then you can submit a recording using the Noise app for your smartphone:

You can also contact your local council who can assess the noise levels.

If there are regular parties and/or celebrations where noise levels and behaviour reach nuisance levels, then we will assess if this will be dealt with as anti-social behaviour.
