In January, our in-house contractor,
APS launched a new £200 prize draw to encourage more customers to meet their electrical test appointments.
As a landlord, we’re required to test the electrics in each of our homes every 5 years to help keep customers safe. APS carry out this testing on our behalf. Any missed appointments can be costly and negatively impact safety. Throughout January to March, each customer who met their electric testing appointment (and any follow up work identified from the test) was entered into a prize draw.
The first £200 prize draw took place this week by our CEO, Matthew Walker and Steve Preston, Operations Manager at APS.
We’re pleased to announce Donna Tinker from Harrogate won the draw.
Matthew congratulated Donna over the phone and Steve delivered the prize later that day – Donna was
“over the moon” to win!

APS will be continuing with the quarterly draw throughout the year. The next draw will take place at the beginning of July. To be in with the chance to win, make sure you keep your electrical test appointment!
