We're increasing our presence in local communities through our new community-based approach. Our Neighbourhood Officers will establish regular community events, along with external agencies such as:

We'll be asking customers:
- What are the strengths in your area?
- What are the opportunities to improve?
- What can we support them with?
Using the information and feedback you share we'll then create Neighbourhood plans. You can tell us what you think about your area by registering for Your Voice and completing the Neighbourhood Survey. You can also use Your Voice comment on individual projects and find out what's happening in your area.
