New consumer standards are coming - keeping people safe in their homes, listening to what they say and putting things right when needed.
These things have always been at the heart of what Leeds Federated do and we will continue learning and improving our service to customers.
How are we going to meet the standards? Read on to find out!
The new standards come into place from 1st April 2024. The standards will help us in our job of helping people make a home. There are a number of Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSMs) as part of the new standards.We will be publishing results about how satisfied tenants are from May - keep looking out on the website and in our future customer newsletters for results!
