Central Team

The new team structure brings together housing, customer service, Income and maintenance provision. This should provide a more holistic service for our customers and ensure we can manage services more effectively for our customers. In the last year we have been working in conjunction with Leeds Council to identify improvement works and improve Health and Safety standards in many of our properties in the Central Areas. This has impacted many customers in terms or works being carried out in their homes but we are grateful for them allowing us access to undertake this work.
