Dave Bowen, Area Manager
Dave is responsible for the general housing management of tenancies in the area. The team cover everything from housing related services such as letting our properties or tackling anti-social behaviour to collecting rent, supporting customers who are struggling financially or need additional support in their homes as well as the area surveyors who keep an eye on the condition of our properties.
