As your landlord, we're responsible for checking your electrics every five years, which helps keep you and your home safe. This check is carried out by APS, our in-house contractor.
We know this might not seem to have a visible benefit to you, but to encourage everyone to allow access for this important work, every customer who lets our contractor in to their home to carry out the test and any follow up work will be included in a free £200 prize draw each quarter!
