Leeds Federated are proud to have been awarded a ‘We invest in people’, silver accreditation from Investors in People.
As part of the process, Leeds Federated colleagues were invited to share honest feedback to Investors in People who impartially assessed the organisation around topics such as leading and inspiring people, values and behaviours, managing performance, reward and recognition, development and continuous improvement.
Achieving the silver award means that the right principles are in place across Leeds Federated and that people and leaders are making active efforts to make sure that there’s real consistency across the organisation.
At Leeds Federated, our mission is to help more people find an affordable home to own or rent so they can build their future, their way, in a thriving community. As a housing association, we have over 4,500 properties across Leeds, Wakefield and North Yorkshire.
