What do we do?
The Community Spaces Team includes gardeners and fire testers who work together with Hi Spec Services and White Horse Cleaning Services to keep customers’ communal areas clean,tidy and safe.

What can you expect from the fire tester?

The Leeds Federated fire tester carries out the sound testing of fire alarms in communal areas. Staff who carry out these duties are all trained and are familiar with current legislation.
The fire tester will aim to visit you on a weekly schedule all year round. When the tester visits they will ensure that all necessary communal area testing is carried out. You can find out more here.

Leeds Federated Gardening Service
Leeds Federated’s team of gardeners/grounds maintenance staff look after your communal gardens and areas. They are all fully trained to use gardening equipment and they work as part of our wider Community Spaces Team.

What can you expect from our Gardening Service?
The team will manage your external communal gardens to a good standard. They will aim to visit site regularly on a schedule from April through to November. From November through to March they will visit monthly as growth generally slows during the colder months. They will keep all designated communal grassed areas, shrubs and flower beds well maintained. You can find out more here.
