Last year, our in-house contractor APS launched a new £200 prize draw to encourage more customers to meet their electrical test appointments.
As a landlord, we’re required to test the electrics in each of our homes every 5 years to help keep customers safe. APS carry out this testing on our behalf and encourage customers to keep their appointments as any that are missed can be costly and pose risks to safety.
Customers who meet their electrical testing appointments along with any follow-up work are entered into a prize draw each quarter with a chance to win £200.

Jonathan Harland, Electrical Manager at APS presented the latest prize draw to Nicola who was over the moon.
