In January, our in-house contractor, APS launched a new £200 prize draw to encourage more customers to meet their electrical test appointments.
As a landlord, we’re required to test the electrics in each of our homes every 5 years to help keep customers safe. APS carry out this testing on our behalf. Any missed appointments can be costly and negatively impact safety.
During each quarter, every customer who meets their electric testing appointment (and any follow up work identified from the test) is entered into the prize draw.
