Did you know you can receive AllPay updates by email?

If you currently pay your rent and any service charges via Direct Debit on AllPay you’ll soon receive an email inviting you to switch to paperless updates. Switching to paperless means you’ll receive secure email updates in real time and reduce paper waste. 

It’s easy to switch to paperless: 

Step 1: You’ll receive an email invite from noreply@allpay.net. Take a look at an example email. 

Step 2: Open the email and click the link to verify the switch 

Step 3: If you have multiple direct debits set up you’ll receive a separate email for each – you’ll need to click the link in each email to switch them all over 

Step 4: Once you’ve verified all the emails your direct debit notifications will come through to your email instead of by letter.

Want to pay by Direct Debit? 

If you’re not currently paying your rent and any service charges by Direct Debit but want to set this up, you can call us on 0113 386 1000. Setting up a direct debit means your rent and any service charges will be paid automatically on a regular basis, so you don't have to worry about missing a payment.
