In 2020, we worked with an independent adviser to carry out an assessment against the National Housing Federation’s Together with Tenants Charter. This is a voluntary charter designed to enable housing providers to demonstrate that tenants and residents have a meaningful voice in decision making.
From doing this, we have identified customers priorities for improvement.

A key priority is improving communications and recruiting customers to the Challenger Panel as well as hearing more customer experiences of the services we deliver. We want to encourage more customers to get involved in tell us what is important to them.
