The demographic of the North area is unique in terms of the type of property and tenure that we offer. The area is rich in its assortment of the layout of our homes, from large urban estates in Leeds, to smaller rural clusters in Wetherby and Boston Spa. We also have blocks of flats and independent houses peppered throughout Ripon and Harrogate, not to mention lots of new developments that are ongoing such as in Pannal Ash and newer rural places like Tockwith.
From the city of Leeds to the towns and villages of North Yorkshire, what matters to us is that we provide a consistent service to our customers no matter where they live.
We work in partnership with the police, social services, the council and other services in your area. This includes attending joint meetings where we discuss and work together on issues that need addressing in the community. It is a place where we can share information that you pass onto us whether it be about crime, noise nuisance or fly tipping.
We want our customers and communities to live in a peaceful, safe environment and feel able to raise any issues that they feel need addressing or even improvements to benefit their community.
We don’t just work in Leeds, for our customers in North Yorkshire, we work with local support groups and forums run by the council as well as other agencies such as HADCA – Harrogate and District Community Action.
