We're pleased to share our latest annual report with you. It has been an exciting time for Leeds Federated.
We have been preparing for growth and plan to build 1500 homes over the next ten years to help meet the need for more affordable housing across the Leeds City Region.
Our achievements over the 2017/18 year include building 155 new homes for our customers, making our homes more accessible for those with additional needs and providing more homes where families can settle down and build their lives. In our series of short videos you can hear from the customers we have supported like Pamela, who after facing difficult circumstances has been able to achieve her dream of owning her own home, and Jayne whose home has been adapted so that she could look after her Mum.
