We have also seen a rise of 2.9%  in customer satisfaction with value for money in terms of their rent compared to the previous quarter.
Customer satisfaction is very important to us. We want to offer a good level of service that our customers feel provides value for money.
We are currently reviewing how we deliver our services and would like to thank every customer who has taken part in the telephone surveys and given valuable feedback. We listen to your views and use what you tell us to inform our service reviews.
