Latest Customer Satisafaction Survey Results Q2 2019/20

Customer satisfaction with value for money for our services remains at 87.9%. We have seen a slight decrease of 0.6% in customer satisfaction in the way we deal with enquiries compared to the previous quarter.
Customer satisfaction is very important to us. We want to offer a good level of service that our customers feel provides value for money.
