Leeds Federated Are Bringing Affordable New Homes to Castleford

Leeds Federated are building 43 new homes for affordable rent and shared ownership at Pemberton Road, with support from Homes England. The homes will be built by Esh Construction, who are due to break ground in the coming weeks. There will be a mix of two, three and four bedroom homes. It is hoped that the first homes will be available in Summer 2022.
